Raspberry Coulis, Kefir and Cocoa Granola
Place 250g raspberries, 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan and simmer over heat until sugar has dissolved. Do not boil. Transfer mixture to a blender or use a stick mixer and puree until smooth. Allow to cool.

Add 1 tablespoon of raspberry coulis to the base of the glass. Gently pour kefir over raspberry coulis. With a spoon, swirl raspberry upward along the outer wall of the glass. Top glass with your favorite granola mix. In our case we like cocoa coated granola.

Cacoa Orange Panacotta

In a separate bowl mix 1½ teaspoon gelatine with 3 tablespoons of hot water and continue to whisk until it completely dissolves. Allow to cool. Once the gelatine mix cools to about 30oC mix with the kefir until smooth. Pour into small decorative glasses and chill in fridge to allow it to set for a few hours or overnight.

Squeeze 1/2 a lime in with the avocado mix and season with salt and pepper.  Add 1/8 teaspoon of ground cumin and mix through. For extra zing,  add a small amount of freshly chopped hot chilly. Allow the dip to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours. This will allow the flavours to infuse
